The City of Laguna Niguel is hosting upcoming workshops designed for middle school students.
A series of Junior Civic workshops are scheduled throughout the next few months. A Junior Civic Workshop presented by Orange County Fire Authority and Vector Control will be offered in March.
This workshop helps to inform young students about local government and related organizations. A discussion about how the city works closely in collaboration with other agencies in the community will be included in the virtual session. A detailed presentation about essential services is part of the program for the purpose of making a positive impression, as well as educating the community youth.
Graphic design is an important component of virtual presentations. The visual impact is essential to immediately attract and retain attention. Digital artists at local Print shops have extensive experience and can assist with projects of this type.
The workshops take place the second Tuesday of each month. They begin at 6:30 pm and are presented via Zoom. Once a participant registers, the Zoom access instructions are emailed prior to the event.
The Orange County Fire Authority and Vector Control session will take place on March 9. Registration is required, but there is no charge to do so.
