Laguna Niguel to hold summit for builders

Builder 100 will be organizing a leadership summit at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in May.

The Builder 100 Leadership Summit is an event that brings senior executives from the largest home building companies in the United States together to discuss how to improve their top and bottom lines. The theme for this year’s summit is Great Reshuffle: Building the Future of Housing. Guests will have many opportunities to network with other executives during the event’s designated networking breaks. Professionals may connect with other influential people by trading Business Cards.

Numerous accomplished speakers will be attending the summit, including CEOs such as Ryan Marshall, John Ho, and Eoin Harington. Guests can participate in multiple informative seminars that cover topics like embracing innovation, capital market investment trends, and design trends for future homebuyers. Other activities held during the conference include a fun run, builder happy hour, and awards ceremony.

The Builder 100 Leadership Summit will be held from May 2 to 4. Registration for the conference is only open to those who are Builder 100 Homebuilders. General admission to take part in the event costs builders $1,695, and the price for pre-approved residential lenders will be $5,295. The hotel will give attendees a special rate of $385 per night, though the price will close on April 2 or when all rooms in the block are filled.
