iHeartYoga will be organizing a group yoga session at the OC Local Tap Room in Laguna Niguel.
Bend and Brew is an event that gives people a challenging yoga session in a social environment. After the activity is finished, participants are treated to one beer or seltzer from the venue and will get to converse with other members of the iHeartYoga Community. The program takes place on the first Saturday of each month. Yoga studios that offer activities such as this may use printing services to make custom Flyers that advertise their sessions to people.
iHeartYoga is a company that offers yoga classes for people of all skill levels. The in-studio courses at the organization include restorative yoga, gentle flow, and power yoga. People can take individual courses at the company or pay for a membership. iHeartYoga also organizes events such as sound bath ceremonies and group retreats to Mexico.
