The American Culinary Federation (ACF) will be holding a picnic at Laguna Niguel Regional Park in September.
The Southern California’s American Culinary Federation Chapter Picnic is an event open to those from all local culinary schools. Many dishes will be served at the networking activity, including catfish, chicken, meatballs, and string beans. Attendees can also get food from a pasta bar and omelet station. Entertainment will be provided by the Alhambra Performing Arts Center, and Celebrity Chefs will give cooking demonstrations at the event.
The ACF is a professional organization that began in 1929. The group keeps chefs up-to-date on trends in the culinary industry through its magazine, the National Culinary Review. The federation also offers several seminars and workshops at national events. Those who are part of the ACF receive benefits such as access to the organization’s online learning center and event discounts. The group picnic will be held on Sunday, September 17th from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. People can register for the event for free. Those who register at the door can pay a donation to enter the event.
