Hayward workshop to help cultivate personal growth

This June, Therapy for the Soul (TOSA), will hold a virtual workshop for Hayward called How to Embody the Inner Work Instead of Just Processing It to help individuals with their personal growth journeys.

The four-hour workshop will be hosted by Kelli Carpenter, founder of TOSA and the TOSA Method, and Briony Gunson, a certified mindset coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. The class is designed for therapists, spiritual teachers, and coaches who have training in these metaphysical areas but are still feeling stuck in their old patterns of disconnect and imbalance.

Kelli and Briony will guide workshop attendees through a variety of methodologies and tools to discover what they term the embodiment process and to experience integrative healing. The main methodology the workshop will feature is the TOSA Method, which includes somatic inquiry, conscious breathwork, community connections, and embodied presence. Organizers encourage attendees to dress in layers as breathwork may cause the body to experience a range of different temperatures.

Virtual workshops are commonly advertised through digital means, but organizers may also choose more traditional methods of advertising, such as flyer printing and distributing.

The free workshop is scheduled for June 3 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time. It will be held over Zoom, so registered attendees should be on the lookout for a link to join in their email box.
