Publishers of textbooks that have been approved by the state may wish to add their names to the list of vendors displaying their publications as part of the Science Approved Materials Publishers’ Fair being organized in Hayward this winter.
Each company that registers for the event will have an opportunity to showcase their California Approved Science Instructional Materials to prospective customers. The expo will run for two days, with the first being for secondary instructional materials and the second being set aside for elementary materials.
To make it possible for as many vendors to participate in the sessions as possible, publishers can choose between a six foot and ten foot display table, and they will also be welcome to book time in the breakout room. Here, they will be able to meet with potential clients in a quiet setting.
The registration fee that will be charged will depend upon the size of the table and number of breakout sessions that are booked. A printing services provider will be able to work with the publishing companies to supply them with promotional Pens, Banners, Brochures, and other products that can help to promote their materials to the world.
This year’s Science Approved Material Publishers' Fair will be held at 313 W Winton Avenue in Hayward on January 9 and 10. Vendors can choose to book space for one day or both.
