Next month, Hayward will host the Summer Stack 2024 Art Popup event, which is celebrating its second year of showcasing local artists.
The art popup is presented by Art of the Bay, which is a podcast created by Grow Canvas Grow that interviews local artists and creatives in the Bay Area. The popup event occurred last year to much success in the community, and organizers hope that this upcoming year will be just as successful.
The art festival will feature over 40 vendors representing local artists and small businesses in the East Bay area. These artists and vendors will be displaying and selling a variety of works and products, including but not limited to original paintings, woodwork, sculptures, and stationary art.
There will also be family-friendly games and activities, photo-ops, and caricature drawing sessions. No outside food or beverages will be allowed inside the venue, but there will be food and drink vendors on hand with refreshments for purchase.
Local Stationery printers and other local businesses may be interested in becoming a sponsor of art events like this to promote their services to like-minded clientele.
The Summer Stack 2024 event will be held on August 10 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. It will take place at the Hayward Veterans Memorial building, which is located at 22737 Main Street. Admission is free to the public.
