Next month, Hayward small business owners should note that East Bay Small Business Development Center will host the East Bay Raising Capital for Small Business Conference and Capital Summit.
East Bay Small Business Development Center is part of the Northern California Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which advises small business clients in the northern California by providing numerous programs, workshops, and networking opportunities for small businesses to grow, learn, and thrive.
Since February, East Bay SBDC has been offering a series of workshops related to how to raise capital and other financial resources for small business owners, and this April this series will culminate in the Capital Summit. At the summit, not only will attendees have access to workshops to assist them with financing their businesses and raising capital, but it will also provide networking opportunities with industry leaders and investors. From these interactions, attendees will gain access to valuable insights about funding and securing capital.
Business owners planning to attend events like this may decide to refresh their supply of Business Cards in anticipation of networking with fellow attendees.
The East Bay SBDC: 2024 Capital Summit will take place on Thursday, April 25 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will be held at New University Union, located at 25800 West Loop Road, in the Multipurpose Room. General admission is $35 per person.
