The 16th annual Hayward Russell City Blues is taking place this July for two days.
It is presented by the West Coast Blues Society, and performances will take place at various venues in the city.
The festival is set to present some of the best-known and most accomplished blues musicians in the country. Among the headliners for this year's festival are Guitar Shorty, Willie Buck, and Kingfish. Other acts that are confirmed to appear include Oakland Sam, Stars of Glory, and Wingnut Adams.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase on both days. In addition, arts and crafts vendors will be on hand to sell handmade items such as jewelry, clothing, paintings, and home decor; no doubt, music from the performers will also be sold during the festival.
Organizers of the festival are doubtless distributing Posters and Flyers all over Hayward, to advertise and attract more visitors. Local Print companies are usually asked to provide these types of products.
The Hayward Russell City Blues Festival will be held from July 11 to 12, from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM each day. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the gate for adults, and $20 and $25 for seniors and students; an advance two-day pass is $45.
