Products made by the craft brewing and distilling community from south of the border will be front and center during the Chula Vista area’s ‘Mexico in a Bottle’ festival, and more than 100 different spirits will included in the lineup for the occasion.
This event, which first began as a simple tribute to mezcal, has grown throughout the years to become a celebration featuring whiskeys, rums, wine and other beverages. The organizers noted that each bottle tells the story of its creation and place of origin, and these will be explored as part of the festivities.
The local food service community will be lending its talents to the affair by providing it with a variety of small-bite dishes for the attendees to savor. Area bartenders will demonstrate how the different products can be used as the base for an assortment of cocktails, and several celebrities from the world of mezcal will be on hand as well. Souvenir tasting glasses and other Corporate Gifts can help to make an event like this complete, and they can be produced by a professional printer.
As alcohol will be served during ‘Mexico in a Bottle’, it is open only to those who are at least 21 years of age. Early bird passes are available until February 20, and after that date, they will revert to the general admission price.
Bread and Salt, which is located in San Diego at 1955 Julian Avenue, will be the location for this celebration that will give a tip of the hat to the craft brewing industry from south of the border. It is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm on March 10.
