Chula Vista will soon be hosting a festival dedicated to bringing 1980s and 1990s nostalgia back to life.
This celebration features a host of on-site attractions, and similar to previous years, organizers feel that a large turnout is expected.
Rewind 2026 will soon be celebrating its third anniversary to a significant amount of fanfare. This event offers up something for everyone. A handful of cover bands that have been confirmed currently include the Fooz Fighters, No Duh, and Temptation. Another well-known attraction involves a rendition of the DeLorean featured in the Back to the Future film franchise.
While many will arrive for the music, guests are equally likely to stay for other attractions. These include a series of food trucks, a 1980s-themed arcade area, a location reserved for local Chula Vista artisans, and a beer garden for visitors over the legal drinking age.
Events associated with nostalgic themes will often choose to leverage equally memorable marketing strategies. They may employ poster printing options that double as keepsakes. Mass-produced Flyers and distributing leaflets around the community providing additional details are also possibilities.
Rewind 2026 is being celebrated on Saturday, September 12 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All events will be held within Côta Vera Central Square Park located at 1960 LaMedia Highway. The event is free with no tickets necessary.Get a Free Quote for Flyers
