The Andean bear is a species of bear in need of helping hand, and during a Chula Vista area event, the public will be offered a chance to do so while having fun with their friends.
Nature and Culture International is a conservation group working in Latin America, and it has planned an afternoon of funding and awareness raising at Border X Brewing. The ticket price is $50 each, and this includes food and four beer tasters.
Those who attend the occasion will be treated to three street-style tacos and craft beers from Mexico. While they enjoy the fare, they will learn more about the Andean bears and what is being done to protect them. Fabian Rodas Lopez and Alexander More, who are conservationists working to preserve the habitat for this and other species.
The organizers noted that, while they hope everyone who would like to come to the event is able to do so, they will very much appreciate the support from anyone who cannot attend in person but would still like to show their support. Brochure printing can be utilized to produce informative pamphlets and other items that can be distributed during this type of occasion.
This afternoon of beer and bears will be taking place on May 12. More information, as well as a chance to purchase tickets, can be found on the Nature and Culture International website.
