Chula Vista organizations and local businesses will be teaming up this spring to offer an event that has been planned with kids in mind.
The Chula Vista Community Collaborative will be celebrating its Day of the Child by hosting a fun fair that is free to anyone who wishes to join in the excitement of the day. The theme for this year is “Children’s Opportunities, Our Responsibilities”, and there will be lots to see and do for all ages.
The occasion will offer community members a chance to learn more about the different programs and services that are available to them, right in their local area. The planners noted that they are anticipating that over 100 interactive and informational booths will be on site, and there will also be entertainment, dance contests, games and many other activities on offer throughout the day.
