An annual event bringing live arts demonstrations and diverse creativity will be returning to Carlsbad this June.
The 26th annual edition of the Art in the Village is happening this coming June. The weekend like in the past will be. Organized by the Carlsbad Oceanside Art League (COAL), the event intends to bring out the beauty of different talents in the arts industry. New artists will have the opportunity to interact with their mentors and fellow upcoming artists. In 2024, the event brought around 135 local artists to showcase their talents.
Taking place along State Street and Grand Avenue, Art in the Village is entirely free to the public when open. Organizers hope to give locals and visitors to the area the chance to enjoy a new art experience and to sample the different taste of meals prepared by our local vendors.
Jewelry and sculptures will be among the category of artists on show. Other categories include, but are not limited to, clay and ceramics, glass art, painting, digital art, photography, metal sculpting and printmaking.
Most event organizers will be depending on printers for signages, Flyers to encourage attendance, and Apparel printing. Stationery booths will be a plus too for live art demonstrations.
