Prenatal workshop offered to Carlsbads future parents

A Carlsbad area workshop that will help new parents hit the ground running is currently accepting registrations, offering a full day of learning.

Parents-to-be are encouraged to participate in the Baby Boot Camp, which will be on offer at Camp Pendleton. The agenda is filled with learning and an opportunity to form connections with other expectant moms and dads, which will help them to build a strong support network.

Topics to be discussed during the day will include birthing plans and what to expect from a newborn. Care, feeding, and comforting a crying baby will all be reviewed, and postpartum depression will also be part of the conversation. Infant safety and the importance of bonding are on the agenda, and there will be plenty of other information shared as well. There is no cost to register for the seminar, and all those who are eligible to receive care at a Military Treatment Facility are welcome.

Parents-to-be may be nervous about their upcoming new arrival, so a parenting workshop can help to give them confidence in their skills. Promotional Pens, workbooks, and other materials for an activity may all be obtained at local Print shops before an event like this.

This installment of Baby Boot Camp will begin at 9:00 am on December 16. It will be taking place at Building 202860 on Camp Pendleton.
