The public in Carlsbad and the areas that surround it will have a chance to show their support for first responders, military members, and also civilians who have suffered burn injuries.
The 3rd Annual Encinitas Firefighters Charity Golf Tournament has been organized by the Encinitas Firefighters Association. It will seek to raise both funds and awareness for the not-for-profit group Sons of the Flag, which supports burn victims. As well, its organizers hope to provide funding for the establishment of an Encinitas Firefighters Charitable Account. This will be a benevolent fund that will support its members if either they or their families find themselves faced with a tragedy.
Along with the golf, there will be food, drinks, and a chance to have fun and socialize with the other golfers. A banner printing company can create Banners and a variety of other decorations for use during fundraising activities such as this.
Tickets for the event have been priced at $100. It will be held at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, which is located at 1275 Quail Gardens Drive. It will take place on October 17, and will run from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
