Women in need of some time to relax and unwind are welcome to attend a day that will allow them to do just that.
For one day only, Magee Park in Carlsbad will be transformed into a space that encourages rest. relaxation and a chance for local ladies to unplug from their hectic day-to-day life. They can attend on their own or with a group of friends, and mom and daughter duos are also welcome to register.
The plans for the day include an assortment of activities, and yoga, unlimited mimosas and a variety of light bites and other refreshments are all in the works for the occasion. A sound bath and breathwork are on the agenda, and a pop-up market and picnic area will round out the occasion. Anyone who would like to add a mini facial or massage can do so for an additional fee.
