Carlsbad kids to release their inner superheroes

A Carlsbad event will give its young participants a way to show off their personal superpowers.

The city will be seeing kids of all ages don their cape and cowls for a run that will have a Superhero theme. They will be taking on a course that is 2km long, and there will be an assortment of fun obstacles along the way.

The runners and walkers in the activity will need to use both their mind and muscles to complete the course, and it will be for those age four and up. The challenges will range from inflatables to wrecking balls, and they will also need to crawl through tunnels, walk a tightrope, and even go down a slide.

To help keep the function running smoothly, there will be groups launched every 10 minutes. Each person who takes on the challenge will receive a superhero’s cape featuring the event’s Logo Design, as well as a finisher’s medal and bib number. The run may need to be modified or cancelled if the weather is not suitable

This day of fun will give kids a chance to challenge themselves and unleash their inner superhero on Sunday, October 1. It will be held at Alga Notre Community Park, and it runs from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Tickets are 425.00 each.
