Carlsbad evening to make fundraising fun

A Carlsbad-based organization that works to support those impacted by domestic violence has a fundraiser in the works, and the guests at the party will be supporting the cause while enjoying themselves.

Kathy’s Legacy offers an assortment of programming to the community, and its Fiesta Like There’s No Manana will give the public a way to lend a hand. The function is limited to those who are at least 21 years old, and the agenda for the evening is packed with friendship, food, and fun.

The ticket holders for the function will be treated to their fill of Mexican fare at the all-you-can-eat taco bar, and the bottomless margaritas will be flowing as well. Beer and wine will be poured, and entertainment has been planned as well. Individual tickets to be a part of the celebration are $100, and donations are welcome.

Hosting an evening like this gives a not-for-profit group a novel way to both raise money and introduce its initiatives to the community. Distributing materials to the guests, prepared ahead of time by a brochure printing company, will help them to see how their contributions will benefit the cause.

Kathy’s Legacy has made arrangements to welcome the public for this celebration on Saturday, June 26, starting at 6:00 pm. The location for the function will be released upon registration.
