Carlsbad attraction plans schedule of springtime teas
The Flower Fields are a unique Carlsbad attraction, and the venue has issued an invitation to the public to enjoy the tranquility of the setting when they take a seat for an afternoon tea.
The site is home to a Grand Tea Room, and a menu of light bites has been prepared for the occasion. The function is intended for adults only, and tickets are $70.
The guests at the tea will be invited to partake of selections of fresh fruit as well as sandwiches and other savories, and scones with traditional Devonshire cream and lemon curd will be served. Desserts are on the menu as well, and while they enjoy their meal, the participants will be able to enjoy views of the flower fields.
