Show Low celebrates its sense of community at an annual event.
Show Low Days puts a spotlight on the wide range of small businesses and non-profit organization that go to make up this thriving community. Vendors from local businesses will be on hand, as will performing groups from the local community. Live music and an open mic session are also planned.
Show Low Days celebrates the town’s community spirit as well as its heritage with activities and attractions that will appeal to people of all ages. Among the favorites are food vendors, a beer garden, booths for arts and crafts artisans, the “battle of the badge,” and live music. A contest to find “Voice of the White Mountains” is part of the day, as are children’s activities such as rides and games.
The bands scheduled to perform this year are Wild Whiskey, and Chad Freeman and the Redline. Wild Whiskey will appear Friday, then Chad Freeman takes the stage the following day.
The Show Low Chamber of Commerce is encouraging local organizations to apply to be vendors at the event, as this is an outstanding opportunity for them to introduce themselves to the community.
Show Low Days are Friday, June 9, from 12.00 pm until 10.00 pm, and Saturday June 10, from 9.00 am until 10.00 pm in Frontier Park. When events like this are organized and take place outdoors, organizers can use banner printing to create sturdy, fun decorations.
