This October, Montgomery is preparing for the vibrant autumn season by throwing the 2026 Harvest Festival for the whole community to enjoy.
The Harvest Festival will be held at Riverfront Park, a local park and entertainment destination running along the banks of the Alabama River. The park offers riverboat cruises, baseball games, concerts, scenic waterfront paths, and festivals, such as the Harvest Festival, all year round.
The event will offer plenty of family-friendly festivities to welcome the magic of the fall season to the riverbanks of the city. There will be the Harvest Junction Marketplace, where small businesses and local artisans will be set up to sell handmade wares and goods. The little ones will find a multitude of kid-friendly activities such as face painting, balloon animals, pumpkin decorating, and even a petting zoo.
The city departments will have their annual Decoration Competition ongoing, displaying creative fall decorations for everyone to enjoy. There will also be an energetic DJ spinning family-friendly tunes while attendees stroll around the park and grab a bite to eat at the many food trucks.
Communities advertising their seasonal festivals may decide to team up with local Print shops willing to offer collaborative deals on flyer printing to print Flyers in bulk.
The Harvest Festival is scheduled for October 17 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Riverfront Park is located at 355 Lower Commerce Street, Montgomery.
