A southern comedic legend will head back to the stage in Montgomery in late September.
Jeff Foxworthy is known best for his unique perspective and redneck humor. Some might recognize him for his work hosting several game shows over the years, such as “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?” and “American Bible Challenge”. At one time, he did several guest spots on the hit ABC show “Shark Tank”, filling in for Kevin Harrington and other sharks. Kids may also recognize him as the voice of Handy Smurf from the film series “The Smurfs”, or his guest appearance on the tv show “Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?”.
Foxworthy is finally getting back on the road after a small break due to the pandemic. Other cities he will visit include Baltimore, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Greenville. Atlanta is his hometown, and he will be performing two shows there, something he is not doing in most other cities.
The Montgomery show will take place at the Performing Arts Centre. This is an indoor venue, so attendees should plan on following guidelines more closely. It is likely that there will be more than the usual signage, some featuring the venue Logo Design, in order to keep people at a safe distance. Those interested in attending should note what is and is not allowed inside.
The show will begin at 7:00pm. Tickets cost between $56 and $210. Those who need special seating/assistance are asked to contact the representatives directly in order to purchase tickets. The date of the show is set to be September 30th.
