Welsh energy event heads for Newport

The largest events venue in Newport will soon host a two-day energy conference exploring the future of the industry in Wales.

Future Energy Wales will return to the international Convention Centre (ICC) Wales in Newport this autumn. The mid-week event in October is presented by RenewableUK Cymru and aims to highlight clear actions to effectively unlock the renewable energy potential of Wales across multiple technologies and address the major challenges facing stakeholders.

Professional people attending conventions focused on their field often enlist the aid of expert business card printing services to order high-quality calling cards they can hand out to new contacts.

The 2025 edition of the annual event will cover topics like grid deployment and reform, the Celtic Sea and the transformative opportunity it offers, clean energy transition and the long-term gains for Wales and how to accelerate growth in the supply chain.

The industry event is regularly attended by about 500 delegates with a focus on the Welsh renewables market, spanning areas like solar, wind, tidal and grid. It also features high-profile government speakers. This year, they will talk on topics like the Modern Industrial Strategy and the Clean Power 2030 Mission.

Future Energy Wales 2025 will now run at ICC Wales from Tuesday, October 7 to Wednesday, October 8. The conference centre can be found at The Coldra on Catsash Road in Caerleon, Newport.
