The University of South Wales (USW) in Newport will be the venue for an Undergraduate Open Day.
It provides an opportunity for potential students to visit the campus, chat with staff and current students and find out more about what the university has to offer both in terms of learning and personal development.
Interested parties can enquire about a particular subject or course that is of interest and attend a series of talks on various aspects of student life, including finance, accommodation, welfare and social life.
It also gives a chance for the university to highlight its commitment and support a potential student throughout their studies. There will be time allotted to take a tour of the Newport campus and its various facilities. Poster printing is a useful way of publicising a variety of community events such as this.
The list of subjects available to study at the USW Newport campus, starting in September 2019, include Addysgu Cynradd, Business, Counselling, Cyber Security, Education and Hotel Management. Full details of all the courses available can be found on the university website.
All visitors are welcome on the day and staff in attendance will be glad to answer any further questions. The USW Open Day will take place on Saturday 6th July between 9am and 4pm at its Newport campus.
