Welsh Assembly Member for South Wales East, (Oscar) Mohammed Asghar, has organised a Skills and Jobs Fair that will take place in Newport later this month.
Its target audience is people looking for a new job, those considering a change of career as well as individuals thinking about upskilling and gaining new qualifications in order to improve their future job prospects. The sectors covered are varied and there is certain to be something on offer that will cater to most interests.
The modern job market demands greater flexibility on the part of those seeking work and it is now widely recognised that there is no longer such a thing as a job for life. It is likely that most people will pursue several careers during their lifetime.
