A contemporary folk duo from Ireland will play live in concert for a Newport this winter.
People with a passion for folk music with a modern twist in Newport can book tickets for a winter show at hit city venue, Le Pub. Also known as Le Public Space, the buzzing bar has announced it will be welcoming Irish duo The Ocelots to its stage for a live performance in February.
Composed of twin brothers, Brandon and Ashley Watson, The Ocelots hail from Wexford in Ireland but currently live in then German city of Leipzig. February 7 will see the band release their brand-new recording entitled “Everything When said Slowly”. The show in Newport is part of the UK leg of an extensive promotional tour to share its material which will also include stops in major cities like Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham and Manchester among others.

The two singles from the LP are called “The Good of A Bad Year” and “About You”.
