The spectacular show ‘Peter Pan On Ice’ is due to take place in Newport from mid-December until the beginning of January.
It makes a long-anticipated second season return and brings to life J.M. Barrie's well-known tale of the boy who never grows up back to the ice. Each audience is taken on a magical odyssey as Peter, together with the fairy Tinker Bell, whisks Wendy and her brothers away from their comfortable home in London to Neverland.
Once there, they experience a series of adventures involving the Lost Boys and encounter the villain Captain Hook and his pirate accomplices, not to mention a hungry crocodile. The show has much that will appeal to people of all tastes, interests and ages.
Tony Mercer presents his award-winning choreography to the theatrical stage that utilises 23 International and National Championship classed skaters. The professionals perform leaps, throws, spins and fly through the air engaging in daring aerial fighting.
This fully narrated show has animated scenery, quality costumes and special effects, including fire-on-ice. There is an original soundtrack and songs by Edward Barnwell and Tim A. Duncan.
Tickets cost £18 but are subject to relevant discounts. Graphic design plays an important part in the production of stage shows and artistic events.
‘Peter Pan On Ice’ will run from Thursday 15th December to Sunday 1st January at The International Convention Centre Wales at Newport.
