LEGO celebration heads for Newport
An iconic events centre in Newport will soon host a day dedicated to LEGO fans of all ages.
A family-friendly event called the Newport Brick Festival is taking place at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Wales this spring. The single-day event is designed for adult builders, kids, collectors and very other type of LEGO fan in between. Loaded with activities, displays and traders, the event is ideal for people with bricks on the brain.
Organisers of niche toy and collectables events sometimes employ experienced banner printing services to produce colourful signage to style up the conference centres and civic buildings that host shows.
Running since 2018, the grand celebration of all things LEGO is suitable for all ages and will feature large scale displays designed to amaze. These epic displays are always a surprise on the day and completely new for each edition of the festival. Previously the event showcased a massive diorama of the Mos Eisley Spaceport from Star Wars.
A multitude of specialist LEGO vendors will be present selling brand-new sets, loose bricks, retired sets and the much-coveted collectable mini figures. There will also be speed building competitions to enter where expert builders can show off their skills.
The Newport Brick Festival will be at the ICC Wales on March 29 between 10 am and 4 pm. The centre can be found at The Coldra in Newport, Wales.
