Stand-up TV star to visit Hayes

The home of the arts in Hayes will welcome a well-known London stand-up comedian to its stage.

Hayes residents will get a chance to see TV funny man Josh Widdicombe perform a live set this autumn. The much-loved comic will bring his new show called “Not My Cup of Tea” to town in September with an appearance at the Beck Theatre. The show is part of the prolific comedian’s latest tour of the UK and promises plenty of laughs.

Theatres presenting stand-up shows, musicals and plays often rely on professional flyer printing services for hand-to-hand marketing materials they can pass to members of the public to create interest.

From Hammersmith, London, Widdicombe is a recognisable face on countless TV shows in the UK including “Mock The Week”, “Fighting Talk”, “The Last Leg” and his self-titled situation comedy “Josh”. He also won “Taskmaster” in its first series and special called “Champion of Champions”

Widdicombe co-presents the podcast Parenting Hell with fellow comedian Rob Beckett. The audio show became so popular it had an arena tour and a book release that was number one in the Sunday Times Bestseller Chart.

Josh Widdicombe – Not My Cup of Tea will be live at the Beck Theatre on Wednesday, September 24. The Hayes theatre is situated on Grange Road and the show is just over two hours long with an interval.
