An upcoming business event focused on Human Resources will take place at a Hayes Hotel this summer.
The celebrated Heathrow Marriot in Hayes has been selected for an upcoming business event run by Croner.co.uk. Hotels, function centres and other venues often employ professional printing services to create branded signage and literature for the events they hold.
The event is aimed at directors, HR professionals and business owners and is designed to educate attendees on the importance of Human Resources for every firm as its adapts and expands. Participants will also learn how to avoid a wide range of critical issues caused by insufficient HR procedures including costly pay-outs, employee tribunals, damage to company reputation and the worst-case scenario – business closure.
Topics covered will include protecting employee’s mental health, the rewards, and risks and of hybrid and remote working, effectively managing staff sickness, absence, and annual leave and the best ways to attract and keep the correct candidates. Attendees will also learn simple ways to improve inclusion, diversity, and equality within a business.
