The large-scale project will take place on Hayes, Hillingdon’s Clayton Road, resulting in 400 homes and opening a section of the canal for residences.
The new scheme is specifically focused on creating affordable homes for families, but will also include developing an underused waterfront site into an attractive area for the local community to appreciate. Additionally, it will involve the creation of a commercial space covering 1,400 square metres to provide job opportunities and boost the area’s economy.
Director of Land and Development for A2Dominion, Danny Lynch, commented:
“It will be fantastic to open up this section of waterfront while creating urgently needed affordable family homes and places suitable for people just starting out on the property ladder.”
Developers can sometimes use professional Print shops to create Brochures and other literature outlining their latest projects to interested investors.
A total of 110 residences in the scheme green-lit by Hillingdon council planners have been designated as affordable housing, with 68 of these comprising rentals for families. The homes have also been designed with the environment in mind and boast low-carbon solutions like solar panels and heat pumps to power the homes with renewable energy sources. Parking spaces for the properties are also fully equipped to charge electric vehicles.
