A dance with dinner and drinks organised by the Stockport council will take place this spring to support good causes.
Residents of Stockport seeking a chance to help local charities while enjoying an entertaining evening are in luck, as the event called “The Mayor of Stockport's Charity Ball 2026” will soon come to town. It is being presented by Stockport’s Metropolitan Borough Council.
Organisers of high-end events like galas, dinners and balls sometimes connect with expert Stationery printers that can produce impeccable Invitations for honoured guests they hope will attend.
The planned festivities will see Councillor Kerry Waters, the current Mayor of Stockport, host an evening dedicated to certain nominated charities. These include the Stockport Multiple Sclerosis Society, the New Horizons Stockport Canal Boat Trust and Stockport Sea Cadets.
Guests attending the charity ball will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles before sitting down to a three-course meal. Food on the night will showcase local produce from Stockport and its surrounds and be served with wine. Offering opportunities for dancing, the event includes live entertainment and chances to win auction and raffle prizes.
The 2026 edition of the Mayor of Stockport's Charity Ball will now be at Stockport Town Hall on Friday, April 10. The event will start at 7 pm and ends at midnight, and the Grade II listed civic building is situated on Edward Street in Stockport.Get a Free Quote for Stationery Get a Free Quote for Invitations
