Saskatoon has just been awarded grand slam status for its women's "cashpiel" event to be held from November 9 - 12 at the Nutana Curling Club. It is only one of four World Curling Tour events to be held in Canada in 2012. This means that curling teams from all over the world will be competing in this event.
