Saskatoon to host expo for western grain growers

Saskatoon lies at the heart of a productive agricultural area, and farmers who cultivate grain, whether it’s on a huge operation or a family farm, have been offered an opportunity to learn close to home.

What’s billed as being the premier trade show for Western Canadian grain growers is set to make its return to Saskatoon for another year. It will include seminars, presentations, vendor areas, meet and greets and other activities. There will be special offerings for youth who want to explore the future of farming.

The organizers of the expo noted that more than 600 trade booths are expected to be set up in the trade show area, and there will be tours for young people who would like to find out more about where their food comes from. Attendees can discover the latest in agricultural technology and growing methods, and both traditional and organic farming will be covered.

Saskatoon Prairieland Park Corporation will be presenting this event, which is scheduled to run for three days. Vendors planning on attending functions like this may wish to have an adequate supply of Business Cards and other Promotional Products on hand to easily share contact details.

The Western Canadian Crop Production Show will be held in Prairieland Park from January 13th to January 16th, and it can be a great opportunity for those in the industry to learn and connect. The Tourism Saskatchewan website can be consulted by anyone who would like to learn more.
