Adults may look back longingly to their days of watching Saturday morning cartoons on the couch over a bowl of their favourite cereal, and a Saskatoon event will recreate this experience.
This “blast from the past” will take place in the morning, and is being presented by Procido LLP. All ages are welcome to join the fun, and there will be soy-based breakfast options in the mix.
The attendees will be treated to three hours of their favourite retro cartoons as well as vintage PSAs, and while they take in the show, they can dine on a buffet of sweet and sugary breakfast cereals. The doors will open half an hour ahead of the curtain going up, and SFF members and the general public may take part. Animation from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s will all be included, and the venue for the morning can be found at 715 Broadway Avenue.
A movie screening or similar activity may attract a lot of attention, and a poster printing company will be pleased to help draw in even more. It can prepare cinema and other styles of Posters, and both reusable and signal use styles are available.
The Saturday Morning All You Can Eat Cereal Cartoon Party will bring the retro fun to Saskatoon on June 7th. The first screening will begin at 9:00 am.
