Saskatoon market to offer gift ideas for mom

Mother's Day is not far away, and if they attend a pop-up market planned for Saskatoon, members of the public will be able to score a special gift just for mom.

Early April will see the Spring Edition of The Homesick Market, which will give the local community of crafters and makers a chance to shine. General admission tickets may be reserved in advance or purchased at the door, and their price starts at $5.

According to the organizers, at least 180 makers, crafters and other vendors have already reserved a table, which means there will be lots for the shoppers to explore. They will be coming in from all across the region, and there will be an eclectic mix of handmade goods on offer. Plants and gourmet food will also be available, and the venue for the occasion can be accessed by those who need a mobility device.

As pop-up markets often contain lots of handmade goods, each one can be unique. This will be taken into consideration by a graphic design team preparing materials for one of these events.

This chance to find just the right gift for mom will open its doors at 10:00 am on April 1st. TCU Place, which can be found at 35 22 Street East in Saskatoon, is the venue for the market.
