The Banks will bring businesses and homes to the Riversdale Neighbourhood. Pre-sales to the tune of $30 million have already been made and Don Atchison, who is the mayor, is proud of the progress made so far at the site, according to an interview with Saskatoon Morning.
Chris Le Fevre, the developer of The Banks, agrees with Atchison on the success and location of the new project. He believes that it is well received by the community.
He expressed:
“I don’t want to sound cocky or anything but I think my timing was right and the project is right for this location.”
Another developer is planning an anchor project, which is expected to be built at a different area of River Landing.
Local developer Victory Majors plans for a hotel, with the construction of commercial and residential space underway. A number of variables need to be in place before construction can start.
When new developments are in progress like the two in the River Landing neighbourhood, a reputable and committed printing company can be of great assistance, as professionals provide help with Brochures and flyer printing. These can be distributed throughout the community and to potential real estate prospects.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
