The 5th annual Chefs' Gala and Showcase is returning to Saskatoon this month. It is a presentation of the Saskatoon Chefs' Association.
Guests will be treated to a cocktail reception with the chefs, a six-course dinner, a live auction and can enjoy entertainment from the Little Opera of the Prairie, Live Five Theatre and the Ritornello Chamber Music Festival. Auction prizes are expected to include certificates for free dinners, cooking lessons and works of art.
Each chef in attendance will showcase his or her skills by preparing one course of the dinner. It will be an excellent opportunity for the public to experience the cooking of six of the finest chefs in the city. Proceeds from the event will go to support the seminars and programs of the Chefs' Association.
