Contact is described as a “career development conference” which will give attendees the chance to network, learn and interact with specialists in the field. The two-day conference will consist of workshops, panel discussions, seminars, keynote speeches and networking opportunities. Featured speakers include Phil Jarvis, Dr. Lionel Laroche and Michael Bortolotto. Topics to be covered include:

• Labour Market Landscape of Saskatchewan – Shane Reach
• Diversifying your Workforce – Michael Bortolotto
• Entrepreneurship as a Career Option? Yes! – a panel discussion moderated by Monica Kreuger
• The Perfect Talent Storm – a keynote speech from Phil Jarvis
• Targeting Interventions to Client Needs: What Works? – Val Ward
• Helping Learners and Job Seekers Understand and Develop Skills for Success in the Workplace – Chantal Locatell
• Engaging and Employing Aboriginal Youth – Waneek Horn-Miller

There will be several opportunities to network with fellow business leaders, human resources personnel, teachers and representatives of business associations. This can be an excellent opportunity to help grow your referral network and your workforce in Saskatoon. Digital Business Cards and traditional Business Cards will be exchanged throughout the day no doubt.

Booths are available at the conference for $400 which includes all conference amenities including a listing in the conference brochure. This will appeal to vendors who have products or services that cater to those in the educational, career counselling, employment and human resources fields.
