The Sundog Arts and Entertainment Faire is being held over three days this December in Saskatoon.
The fair is expected to feature more than 200 artisans, likely from all over the province and the surrounding regions. They will be selling many handmade, unique items such as jewelry, clothing, and pottery that could be used as holiday gifts for friends or family members. There is also set be an ethnic food court, gift certificate draws, and a door prize. Several non-profit community organizations will be offering information on their programs and services.
Entertainment will be provided on two stages. Confirmed musical guests include Joy of Jammin', The Chickadees, Zydegogo, and the Saskatoon Youth Orchestra. The children's stage is expected to feature the Juggle for Joy workshop and the Saskatoon Zoo Society's meet and greet with animals.
In addition, groups like the Saskatchewan Woodworkers Guild and the Heritage Rug Hookers of Saskatoon will be giving demonstrations of their craft.
It is likely that some of the non-profit groups that will be providing information to the public will have printed materials on hand. These can always include products obtained from Saskatoon brochure printers.
The Sundog Arts and Entertainment Faire is taking place at the SaskTel Centre from December 5th to 7th. Tickets are $8 or $12 for two days. For more information about the fair, call 306-385-7364.
