The annual Autism Services Spring Gala will be taking place in Saskatoon in early April.
The event helps to support the Autism Services' programs. These programs include a teen club, an adult social club, gymnastics training, bowling, social skills, play groups, and art therapy. The organization seeks to remove the isolation which so often accompanies those suffering from Autism and to offer support to parents of autistic children.
The gala will feature a champagne reception, dinner, live entertainment and a silent auction. It will be an excellent opportunity for the community to celebrate such a worthwhile organization and to have fun while doing so.
No doubt local businesses will have donated the items to be auctioned off to raise funds for this worthwhile organization. Sponsorships are also available. Those companies taking part in the event will likely want to let their regular customers know about their participation; doing so might encourage more to come out to the event.
