The Ottawa Wedding Awards gala is taking place next month. The popular event usually sells out and attracts many in the industry, as well as those who have used the highlighted providers.
Voting for these awards was open to the public and any wedding-related business from the Ottawa - Gatineau region was eligible.
There are three separate categories of awards that will be handed out: the Tsirmpa Award is given to one individual who has provided some sort of community service, and the next two awards are the People's Choice and the Platinum Awards. Each of these categories has 22 subcategories, including bridal fashion, venue, and florist.
The event will start off with a cocktail reception and will be followed by a sit-down dinner. The evening will close with the awards presentations.
This will be a networking opportunity for those in the industry, as well as a way for the public to find the best suppliers for an upcoming wedding. Those interested in attending this Ottawa event can sign up to join the event's Mailing list.
