An Edmonton organization that acts as a hub for not-for-profits is set to benefit from a pop-up summer market, and it will show lots of love to local small businesses.
The Jerry B Forbes Centre Foundation will be the recipient of the proceeds from the pop-up LOVE LOCAL Outdoor Market, and it will take full advantage of the fresh air and summer sunshine. Everyone will be welcome to enter free of charge, and the experience will be relaxed and friendly.
The function, which is being presented by Christenson Communities, will bring together area market vendors, food trucks and other small businesses in the Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit parking lot. They will be joined by booths and displays that offer more information about the not-for-profit groups it serves, and it will be open to the public from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
One of the tasks that is often assigned to the organizers of events like this is marketing their function, and this may be made a lot easier with assistance from Print shops, which can create promotional materials.
