Edmonton is about to play host to an event that will connect those in the not for profit world with others in their field, and it will be strictly limited to these organizations.
Resource Connect 2026 will mark the activity's 10th year, and its goal is to strengthen the sector and celebrate the hard work and dedication of those who work or volunteer with charitable groups. It is for staff, leaders, volunteers, students and educational institutions, and it will provide learning opportunities.
The function will feature a keynote speaker, and there will be breakout sessions and workshops to maximize the learning opportunities. Networking will be the order of the day, and an Exhibitor Hall will connect the attendees with an assortment of community partners and other resources in the local area that may be helpful to them. The fee to register is $50.00, and the final date to sign on is October 8th.
To help maximize the value of the function to its delegates, the organizers are interested in hearing from local vendors and other exhibitors that would like to connect with a wide audience. They can share information, distribute promotional Pens and other swag and introduce themselves and their services to their home community.
Resource Connect 2026 is set for October 22nd. Its registration system for both attendees and vendors interested in its resource fair can be found on its event listing.
