The theme of the Expo is recycling and it will feature guest speakers, demonstrations, shopping, African drumming and dancing displays, gardening tips, health and well being tips, educational seminars, a children’s play area and an eco fashion show. There will also be displays from local artists and beer and wine sampling. Since Earth Day falls in April such events draw a lot of interest; the Expo is expected to draw approximately 1000 people.
Exhibitors can rent a table for $110 or $175 or a booth for $265. There are also several sponsorship opportunities from $200-$3000. For $200 a company can sponsor the goody bag giveaway; they will be allowed to insert promotional items into the goody bag that the first 200 guests will receive.
