Have fun at the Edmonton International Street Performers Festival

The Edmonton International Street Performers Festival will take place at Sir Winston Churchill Square from July 6 - 15 from 11:30 am - 11:00 pm each day. This is a free festival but donations will be gratefully accepted by the street performers as they pass the hat.

The festival will feature over 1,500 street performances, including the likes of Andrea House, Bendy Em, Anika and the Nogard, Cindy Lou's Face Painting, and the Flying Dutchmen. There will be jugglers, circus acts, puppeteers, acrobats, clowns, unicycle riders, stilt walkers, contortionists, musicians, and artists.

All performers chosen for the festival are professional street performers and come from all over the world. In addition to the street performers, there will also be such workshops as "Be your own busker," group shows, food concessions, arts and crafts vendors, and a Kids' World area. Local artists and craftspeople can rent space from $1,200 to $2,200 depending on the amount of space needed.

Organizers of the event will be relying on Edmonton printing companies to help them prepare for this popular annual event. Banner printing and poster printing services will be among the most important necessities. Colorful Banners must be hung throughout Sir Winston Churchill Square, as well as at the participating venues, and Posters will no doubt be displayed throughout the city reminding citizens and tourists of the upcoming event.

The Edmonton International Street Performers Festival is shaping up to be a great event for the whole family. There will definitely be something for everyone to relate to and enjoy.
