Valentine's Day is on the way, and the couples who attend an Edmonton cookery class will be able to start their romance ahead of the crowd.
The organizers of Flame and Flavour explained that it is a cooking workshop planned for couples only. It has been organized by Motley Que, and will be held at its 10120 127 Avenue location.
The activity will run for three hours, and it will be a deep dive lesson in BBQ and other grilling techniques. It will be facilitated by the venue’s award winning pit masters, and the menu will feature dishes such as lobster tails and filet mignon, smoked lamb chops, coq au vin, potatoes, shrimp, grilled chicken breasts and even dessert. The attendees will prepare the food together, and all of the high end ingredients and instruction are covered by the class’s $250.00 registration fee. Only a limited number of spaces are available, so advanced registration has been recommended.
A hands-on cookery class can be both fun and rewarding. Recipe cards, aprons printed with an establishment’s Logo Design and other items for a culinary themed session can be ordered from area printers.
This chance for couples to discover the fun and romance of preparing culinary creations and then enjoying them together will be held on January 29th. It will begin at 6:00 pm and wrap up at 9:00 pm.
