Twins, triplets and more from Edmonton and the surrounding communities are invited to an event that will be the first of its kind in the area.
One of the city’s most popular streets will be the site for a festival and parade that will celebrate twins and higher order multiples and their special sibling relationships. A variety of activities will be held for them and their families and friends, including a talent show, a parade, and a concert featuring live performers form the area. There will also be tattoo artists and face painting, games, and prizes.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase, as will twin-related souvenirs and other items. Banners and Signs can be custom designed and produced by a Print company for use during large outdoor events such as this.
The festivities are being organized by the Trebi Kuma Ollennu Foundation for Community Development (TKOFCD) , which is a not-for-profit group in Alberta that seeks to foster community development and positive relationships between the different cultures that call the area home.
There is no charge to take part in the Twins, Triplets and More festival, which will take place on August 6 on Edmonton’s Whyte Ave and at Ritchie Park. Further information, including a list of performers and vendors, can be found on the event’s website.
