Edmonton attracts people from all over, including Canada’s East Coast, and a pop-up party will offer the city a taste of a popular Maritime tradition.
The Mill Craft Beer + Kitchen will be the host for an East Coast-style lobster dinner, and it will offer a sumptuous twist on the traditional seafood boil. The main dish will be accompanied by a variety of sides, and entertainment is also in the works.
The guests will be served a baked, stuffed lobster tail, and these will be paired with buttermilk biscuits with garlic and cheddar. Baked macaroni and cheese and Caesar salad are also on the menu, and corn on the cob will round out the meal.
Along with the food, the function will boast live, Celtic-style entertainment and bagpiping.
